SCOPE OF WORK:-

LIPL will perform the scheduled processes, based on the payroll schedule provided.
SC- CE payroll module is implemented & configured to allow employees’ access via Employee Self Service to view and print pay slips online. Client’s HR and Finance Administrator will have access to print and view payroll reports.
All authorized input forms and interface files will be forwarded to LIPL for input of:
• New employees
• Resigned employees
• Allowances / deductions
• Overtime claims
• Salary adjustment
• Change of bank account no.

Any forms forwarded to LIPL after the predetermined cut-off date will be processed the next month.
After all the data has been entered, an Audit Trail will be generated for checking against input forms.
After checking, LIPL will process the payroll.
LIPL will generate bank file for salary crediting.
Electronic pay slips will then be generated to the employees via Employee Self Service.
LIPL will generate the following reports:
• Detailed Payroll Register by employee
• Summarized Payroll Register by department
• Net Pay Summary, including payment method

TIME MANAGEMENT MODULE:-

Time management is an important asset and the Time Management Module offers a simplified way to consolidate and organize complex schedules - including roster, attendance, and shift - as well as attendance issues like punctuality, absenteeism and early departures.

LIPL SC- CE Time Management Module Lets You:

Enforce Organizational Time Management Rules - Define rotation plans and shift schedules based on operational needs. This can be segregated into different shift patterns including normal shifts, rotating shifts, split shifts and 12-hr shifts. Tagging of up to 8 allowances per shift is possible. This is especially ideal for businesses that run 24/7.
Create a Single Source of Input - All data are converged to a single source for accuracy of reporting and extracting. This single database is responsible for processing all time-related matters within the company.
