1. MODULE-1 ( WITH TIME OFFICE COMPLETE WORK )

Scope of work:- ( Time Office)

A] Attendance maintained (form-12).
B] OT hours should also be calculated.
C] EL, CL, Leave records should be maintained.
D] All registers like accident, fine, damages, festival, etc should be maintained regularly.
E] Details / attendance and salary of contractor register should also be inspected and to be maintained in proper manner.
F] To complete all returns like EPF, ESIC, FACT. ACT, etc and should be submitted within time.

Scope of work (overall):-

A] To be done compliances of provisions of applicable labour statutes and maintenance of records such as PF, ESIC, and all other labour laws applicable on your company.
B] Liasioning with Labour Authorities for renewal of licenses, filing of returns and challans, and registration, maintaining records and registers as per labour laws.
C] Drafting and filing of all applications, forms, and documents pertaining to the above areas.
D] Verification of statutory compliance by the contractors / outsourced agencies providing manpower to the company.
E] Legal advice of HR issues from time to time / as and when required.

3. MODULE-3 ( ONLY CONSULTANCY)

Scope of work:-

A] Advising the company of compliances of provisions of applicable labour statutes and maintenance of records such as PF, ESIC, and all other labour laws applicable on your company.
B] Liasioning with Labour Authorities for renewal of licenses, filing of returns and challans, and registration, regular audit of maintained records and registers as per labour laws.

D] General consultation on various matters under labour laws.
E] Replies to show cause notices.
F] Written opinion on various labour issues.
G] Regular visit to your office to discussions when required by you.
H] Monthly report on developments and pending matters.
I] Regular audit of all maintained records and registers as per labour laws applicable to you.

We provide services and taken action as follows:-


A] Documents required every month as per our list like attendance of every employee, ESI & EPF details of every employee, left & new joining.
B] File as well as salary sheets (PWA Act) prepared by you and after collecting ESI & EPF challans from you, it should be maintained and recorded properly.
C] Returns signed by Authorized person.
D] Assist for Returns (monthly / six monthly / annually) submitted in concerned department.
E] We also assist in Inspection / Audit should be done by LEO / ADF and ESI / EPF inspectors.
F] Assist in various licenses from various departments.
G] Audit of contractor under Labour Laws & Factory Act.
H] Also assist to maintain all records like Leave form 14/15, Esic form-6, EPF ledger, Accident Register (as per Esic Act as well as Factory Act), Contractor Register, Damages Register, Fine Register, National Holiday Register, Overtime Register etc, Form-16 -nomination, Form-11- exempted.
I] Also help in Balance Sheet, Ledger & Cash Book entry because it requires at the time of Audit / Inspection.
J] Assist in providing Esic Cards as well as EPF slips to every employee.
K] Provide various Performa’s like notice for absenteeism / misbehave contractor agreements, appointment letters, full & final settlement, bonds for fixed period services, etc.
L] We also draft and approved from competent authority required Workmen Environmental Health & Safety Policy, First Aid Certificates, and Standing order for workmen, Form-11 for shifts. *

Note:-
1. We will be charged extra for conveyance (T.A./D.A./ lodging) on actual basis.
2. We will charge actual fare to and fro of 1ST A.C. class / 18 Rs per km (taxi)/AIR FRIEGHT for above work, if required (for any other Station).
3. Government fees as per norms born by you.
